Trump is expected to present his case for a border wall with Mexico.
– Russia is working on two new land-based missile launch systems, according to reports. The goal is to have them in place by 2021, and comes as both Russia and the U.S. have put the Nuclear Forces Treaty into question and point fingers at each other.
– A fire in a Paris apartment building killed 10 people, including a baby. More than 30 people were also injured. Arson is expected in the blaze.
